Competition Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all competitions operated by RR Wins, a trading name of Roof Ready Ltd, registered in England and Wales at:

By purchasing or submitting an entry, you enter into a binding contract with RR Wins (Roof Ready Ltd) and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility and International postage

• Competitions are open to anyone aged 18 or over, except where prohibited by local law.
• If you are entering from outside the UK, please be aware that all postage costs, import duties, taxes, customs charges, and  any other local fees applicable within your country are your sole responsibility.
• Due to wide variation in international laws and customs regulations, RRWins cannot guarantee that all elements of the prize (including but not limited to batteries, blades, or power tools) can legally be shipped to every country. If any part of the prize cannot be delivered to your location for legal or customs reasons, you will instead receive the cash alternative.
• Cash alternatives are paid in GBP (Great British Pounds) any currency conversion charges, international transfer fees, or other banking costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
• The following are excluded from entering:

• Employees of RR Wins or Roof Ready Ltd
• Immediate family or household members of employees
• Anyone professionally associated with the competition

• Proof of age or ID may be required before awarding the prize.

2. The Competition

• Each competition is a skill-based prize competition, not a game of chance.
• A skill-based question or challenge will be presented. Only correct entries will be entered into the draw.
• The competition question is designed so that a significant proportion of entrants will answer incorrectly. Only those who demonstrate sufficient knowledge or skill by answering correctly will be eligible to win.
• Entry opens and closes on the dates shown on the competition page.
• RR Wins reserves the right to adjust start/end dates but will not extend the closing date purely to sell more entries.

3. How to Enter

(a) Paid Entry

To enter via the website: 1. Visit https://www.rrwins.co.uk and select a live competition. 2. Choose your answer to the competition question. 3. Select number of entries and proceed to checkout. 4. Complete your payment securely via Cashflows.

Confirmation and ticket numbers will be sent upon successful payment.

(b) Free Postal Entry

To enter for free: 1. Write your full name, UK address, date of birth, email, phone number, the competition name, and your answer to the question by hand on a plain postcard. 2. Post it via first or second class to:

• Each free entry must be posted separately.
• Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted.
• Incomplete, illegible, or bulk entries will be rejected.
• Free entries will be manually added to the competition system. An account may be created on behalf of the entrant if one does not already exist.
• Free entries must arrive before the competition closing date. Proof of posting is not proof of entry.
• Free postal entries have an equal chance of winning as paid entries, provided the competition question is answered correctly.

4. Maximum Entries

• Each competition may have a cap on total tickets and/or per-user entries. These will be stated on the competition page.
• The odds of winning depend on the number of correct entries received. 
• Once the limit is reached, no further entries (paid or free) will be accepted.
• Competitions may be drawn regardless of whether the maximum number of entries is reached.

5. Draw & Winner Selection

• All valid, correct entries are entered into a draw held within 7 days of the closing date.
• Draws may be live-streamed and/or conducted using a secure random number generator.
• All correct entries are pooled, and the winner is selected at random from those correct entries.
• The winner will be contacted using the email/phone provided. If unresponsive within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
• Winner names and town/county may be published unless the winner objects by contacting us in advance.

6. The Prize

• Prize details are listed on the individual competition page.
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to substitute any prize for a cash alternative of equal or greater value, especially if the original prize becomes unavailable.
• Prizes will be delivered to the address provided by the winner.
• Vehicle-Specific Terms (if applicable):

• No insurance, tax or safety equipment is included.
• The winner is responsible for legal ownership transfer (V5), compliance, and safe use.

7. Disqualification & Fraud

We reserve the right to disqualify entries or participants who: - Use scripts, bots, or automated systems - Submit false information - Attempt to manipulate results or payment systems - Are abusive or threatening towards our team - Breach the spirit of fair play

All such entries will be voided, and no refunds will be issued. RRWins decision in all matters relating to disqualification is final.

8. Refunds & Cancellation

• Entries are non-refundable unless:

• A competition is cancelled, or
• You enter but are found to be ineligible before the draw

• RR Wins may cancel or amend competitions due to unforeseen circumstances but will always award a prize or issue refunds. Any changes will not materially disadvantage entrants.

9. Data & Publicity

• We may request permission to use your name, town, and photo for winner publicity.
• You can opt out in advance by contacting us.
• We may be required to share your name/town with the Advertising Standards Authority, even if you opt out of publicity.
• Personal data will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

10. Limitation of Liability

• RR Wins is not liable for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted in transit.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from the winner’s use of the prize, except in cases of negligence.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

13. Responsible play and support

RRWins competitions are intended for entertainment purposes only. We encourage all participants to enter responsibly and within their means. If you feel that entering competitions is becoming a problem, or you are experiencing difficulties related to gambling or spending habits, we strongly encourage you to seek support.

If you would like to take a break or request self-exclusion from our competitions, please contact us at team@rrwins.co.uk and we will assist you without judgement. We also encourage participants to take regular breaks and only enter competitions they can comfortably afford. 

14. Prize claim and unclaimed prizes

Winners will be notified by email following the prize draw. In order to claim the prize, winners must respond to the notification email confirming acceptance within twenty-one days (21) from the date of notification.

Failure to respond within the specific time frame shall result in forfeiture of the prize. In such circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner or re-run the competition. No cash alternative shall be offered unless expressly stated otherwise.
